Corrections and updates

Research must remain verifiable.

FOREFACT publishes guides based on the information available at the time of the research. Prices, regulations, market data and other circumstances may change afterwards.

On this page, we explain how we deal with timeliness, possible errors and updates.

Timeliness

Every guide is based on information from a specific research period. This does not mean that all information has been checked again on the day of purchase.

So for important decisions, always check whether prices, terms and rules still apply.

Corrections

If we discover a relevant error in a guide, we assess its consequences for the research.

When an error is established, we correct it in the guide concerned where necessary.

Not every change in market prices or regulations means that the original research was incorrect.

Updates

Some guides are updated at a later date, for example because of important changes in regulations, prices or available information.

An update may consist of a small correction or a more extensively revised piece of research.

FOREFACT does not guarantee that all guides will be continuously updated or that every future version will automatically be made available free of charge.

When an updated version becomes available, we clearly communicate the terms that apply.

Reporting a possible error

Have you found a possible error, an outdated source or a contradiction?

Get in touch via our contact page or at info@forefact.nl and, if possible, include:

  • The title of the guide.

  • The topic or the page concerned.

  • A short description of the possible error.

  • A relevant source, if available.

We assess the report and decide whether a correction is necessary.

Important decisions

FOREFACT helps you make decisions better prepared. For important financial, legal or business commitments, always check whether the information used is still up to date.

KNOW IT BEFORE IT COSTS YOU.
